Hogan Fit is designed for use in high-volume employee selection. It provides an overall hiring recommendation and a graphical display of scale and it provides an overall hiring recommendation, a graphical display of scale scores, and indication of whether the individual’s score is in the desirable selection range based on customised job specific profiles. There are options to use one or all of the Hogan Assessments (Hogan Personality Inventory, Hogan Development Survey, and Motives, Values, and Preferences Inventory), where the desirable selection range is specified for scales within each assessment. It can be easily customised to include hiring recommendations for multiple positions.
