WHAT IS THE GRADTA?

The GradTA is a multi-rater survey designed to solicit feedback from those within the graduate’s work circle (e.g., peers and managers) in order to provide them with behavioural feedback. The diverse perspectives help to reveal strengths and development opportunities early in their career.

WHAT YOU GET
