Mark Do is the Director, Talent at PBC. He focuses on Hogan personality consulting, interpretation, and research at PBC, as well as facilitating Hogan Certification workshops. He specialises in debriefing individuals on their Hogan personality profiles, including HR Managers, Executive Coaches and Managing Directors. Mark applies the suite of PBC assessments (including Hogan 360, Matrigma, Employee Opinion Survey and Safety Climate Survey) in a range of organisational settings. Mark is also involved in a number of projects including organisational profiling, criterion-related validation research projects for custom-built selection reports, focus group facilitation and assessment centre development and administration.Mark has a Masters in Organisational Psychology (1st Class Honours) degree and a Bachelor of Psychology degree, both from the University of New South Wales. For his Master’s thesis, which was awarded the Stephanie J Moylan Memorial Prize for best thesis, he examined why personality traits affect leadership effectiveness and behaviours.
